Create user-defined callbacks with Campaigner Webhooks

A webhook (or web callback) listens for and collects information about specific events. The information is then sent (or posted) to another destination (Campaigner in this case), along with a key that identifies where the information originated from. Once that information is collected, a trigger is sent to Campaigner and an email campaign is fired off to a defined list.
