I was impressed from the first time I had any contact with Campaigner. Wow – Not only was my Customer Success Manager thorough, he was very patient and not only showed me how to navigate the platform, but he also allowed me to ‘figure’ it out on my own. Which is generally the best way for someone to learn.

It is obvious that Campaigner prides itself on customer service and it shows! I’ve dealt with several digital marketing organizations and certainly my share of email providers, which we discussed. I can see why Campaigner is a leader in digital email marketing and I’m looking forward to a long and productive relationship with Campaigner.

I’d like to give a quick shoutout to Tim. My client had emailed support last week (with me cc’ed) and she was concerned the issue would likely take several days or even weeks to resolve. I was guessing just a day or two.

Then just 10 minutes in I was doing a double-take at Timothy’s message saying it was resolved and asking if there was anything else he could do!

And beyond that, he’s helped me a few other times and it always seems to be a pleasant, better-than-expected interaction (which goes for all of Campaigner Support as well).

When Campaigner updated the software to utilize the drag and drop editor it was a game-changer! So easy to design templates for simple or more detailed email campaigns. Campaigner has been the best email marketing software that we’ve used so far and helps us to automate communications to our patients quickly and effectively.

We also have to shout-out Campaigner’s responsive customer service and support teams. Whenever we have had any issues with our account, the team is quick to respond and resolve any issue that we are experiencing. Speedy support is hard to come by in the software industry.

This is third mailing software we’ve tried, and the only one which ticked all the boxes. It’s ease of use, it as less bounce rate and the stats showing how the emails were received have all enabled us to focus on the content of our mailers and grow.

Campaigner’s learning curve on the software isn’t difficult and the data showing how many of our emails were opened have been the high points and enabled us to grow.

Campaigner is a great email marketing system for us. It does what our larger system used to do but is far easier for our non-technical team. The email reporting is outstanding as well. We will be definitely renewing!

Setting up email campaigns are quick and easy – even for our non-programming marketers! The templates are pretty good and seem to do well with all of the gmail and yahoo email restrictions. I love the testing features and the detailed reporting is great!

Well-structured, well-supported, and fully-featured. Campaigner has a vast set of tools to allow us to customize our emails with personalized information. The reports and analytics are best-in-class. We use this for internal communications in a large (10,000+ employees) company with offices spread across the U.S.

The fact that Campaigner gives s 30-day free trial is, by itself, a really good feature for those trying it out.

The team consistently rises to the occasion, going above and beyond to help us resolve these challenges.

Their support begins right from the inception of a campaign, assisting in the development of email templates, to the very end when scheduling deployment.

This collaborative effort is crucial in ensuring that our campaigns are not only executed swiftly but also maintain the high-quality standards we aim for.
