USP
USP or Unique selling proposition is the aspect of a product or service that sets it apart from the competition. When the marketplace is oversaturate with products or services similar to yours, it’s vital to know why you stand out.
Why would a customer pick your product over all of the other products? The answer to that question should be your unique selling proposition. But the answer shouldn’t be a feature, it should be a benefit. It should focus in on a customer pain point that the other products on the market cannot solve. USP is a key element in branding and when used properly in advertising, it can gain new customers as well as make existing customers stay.
